Regional Property Manager

The Regional Property Manager will oversee the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of properties in Boston, MA. This role requires a strong leader who can drive results, manage teams, and maintain the physical condition and marketability of the communities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial performance goals and maintain the physical condition of the properties.
- Lead and manage a team of Property Managers and Senior Property Managers to drive the company's growth.
- Oversee the preparation of annual operating budgets and perform budget projections for all properties.
- Ensure accurate and timely withdrawal of all reserve funds.
- Conduct financial results reviews with Senior Property Managers and Property Managers, on a routine basis.
- Represent Beacon Communities to the public and collaboratively develop a partnership with public officials, businesses, and agencies.
- Act as liaison to external and internal parties for all property-related emergencies.
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field, advanced degree and/or professional certification preferred.
- Minimum five years property management experience including staff management and development, budgeting/financial analysis.
- Multi-community, mixed income residential property management experience preferred.
