Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at The Nature Conservancy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to engage our audience and drive conservation efforts.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in creating and executing social media campaigns, managing multiple social media accounts, and analyzing metrics to inform future marketing decisions. You will also have excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to engage our audience and drive conservation efforts
  • Manage multiple social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Analyze metrics to inform future marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
  • Write and edit compelling content for social media, email newsletters, and other marketing channels
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and content creation
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze metrics and inform future marketing decisions
  • Experience with social media scheduling software, email marketing software, and content management systems
