About the Role:

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Salary: $67,000-$80,000

The Marketing Specialist, under the guidance of the Executive Director, will oversee marketing initiatives. This includes delivering presentations to potential referral sources such as community organizations, developing new referral channels, and maintaining a referral tracking system and marketing database. The role also involves supervising the Enrollment Specialist's responsibilities.

Qualifications: To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field required;
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in a marketing role within a healthcare setting or in a referral resource capacity with senior networks;
  • At least one year of experience working with elderly or frail populations;
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation;
  • Successful completion of a background check;
  • Medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations prior to direct participant contact;
  • Proven experience in marketing, ideally within healthcare or geriatric sectors, with an understanding of the unique needs of the elderly and their caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to develop and implement the Marketing Plan in accordance with State and Federal guidelines;
  • Conduct individual and group marketing presentations to potential referral sources;
  • Maintain regular communication with existing referral sources;
  • Manage the referral tracking system and marketing files;
  • Work with Corporate Public Relations and Marketing to create annual marketing plans and relevant materials, including newsletters and press releases;
  • Engage in marketing activities such as senior fairs and outreach to senior living facilities as outlined in the marketing plan;
  • Organize and coordinate open houses and marketing events to promote the Senior Community Care program.
