Key Qualifications:

  • Salesforce QA/testing: 6 years (Required)

Responsibilities:
As a Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist, you will:

  • Engage in an agile environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Participate in vendor requirement sessions to gather and comprehend project requirements, crafting Test Plans/Test Suites in Azure DevOps that are easily maintainable.
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and the Development Team to define test scripts based on project requirements and enhancements.
  • Interpret requirements and user stories effectively, writing comprehensive test cases utilizing Azure DevOps.
  • Contribute to project engagement activities, ensuring a thorough understanding of client requirements.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the technical environments of the applications utilized by the enterprise.
  • Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in writing positive and negative test cases tailored to Salesforce applications.
  • Identify automation frameworks and recommend enhancements.
  • Familiarize yourself with testing Salesforce Service Cloud, including web services and various APIs using tools like SoapUI and Postman.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure testing outcomes align with performance and scalability standards.
  • Develop and document automated test scripts and plans to validate software functionality.
  • Collaborate with test engineers to implement new automation scripts and troubleshoot existing ones in a Continuous Integration environment.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance methodologies and automation testing tools.
  • Maintain adherence to security guidelines and standards throughout the application lifecycle.
  • Devise a training plan for the team to facilitate a smooth transition to Maintenance & Operations.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside facilitation and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficient in Salesforce Testing and knowledgeable in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience in the full Salesforce lifecycle implementations.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Production and Sandboxes.
  • Ability to analyze the impact of new solutions/enhancements and conduct appropriate regression testing.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for QA testing, including documenting and evaluating test results and managing defects.
