Job Description

As a Tax Return Processor/Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance operations team. This role requires strong organizational and technical skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
  • Process client income tax forms using established procedures and processes.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and other documents in Microsoft Office.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones and greeting clients professionally.
  • Manage shared calendars, set appointments, and make calls.
  • Scan and organize client source documents.
  • Track time and materials, project work, and client interactions using tracking systems.
What We Offer
