Dental Patient Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team at The Smilist Dental. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient flow and ensure a smooth check-in process
  • Collect payments and process insurance claims
  • Communicate with patients and dental team members to ensure seamless care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a dental or medical office setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
