About the Role

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team in the healthcare industry. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patients to see the provider in a timely and efficient manner
  • Make 30 to 50 calls per day to schedule appointments and confirm patient information
  • Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of experience in a healthcare customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
