Patient Service Representative

Job Summary:
ZOLL LifeVest is seeking a skilled Patient Service Representative to train patients on the use of the LifeVest wearable defibrillator. As an independent contractor, you will work with patients at risk for sudden cardiac arrest, providing education and support to ensure they understand and can effectively use the device.
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Management: Manage inventory of LifeVest equipment and garments, ensuring timely delivery and maintenance.
- Patient Scheduling: Contact caregivers and family members to schedule fittings and follow-up visits, accommodating patients' needs and schedules.
- Training and Education: Train patients and caregivers on the proper use of the LifeVest, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Documentation and Reporting: Obtain patient signatures on the Patient Agreement and WEAR Checklist, and fax the signed documents to ZOLL within 24 hours.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year of patient care experience, with a focus on professional patient care (not family caregiving).
- Documentation: Patient experience must be documented on your resume.
- Qualifications: Valid driver's license and car insurance, willingness to pay for additional training and vendor credentials (e.g., DME/RepTrax).
