Retail Sales Specialist at Robert Graham

Key Responsibilities Include:

SALES PERFORMANCE:
Achieve sales targets - consistently inspire sales personnel to reach designated sales and productivity objectives.
Facilitate the enhancement of associates' selling skills, ensuring the application of high standards of sales and service to optimize revenue.

Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the merchandise; ensure sales proficiency in all facets of product expertise with a capacity for growth within the organization.

Collaborate with the Store Manager to support events and incentives aimed at expanding the customer base, with a specific focus on cultivating the local market.


CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:
Ensure all team members deliver the utmost level of customer service to meet World Class Service standards.
Address all client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
Assist sales associates with various customer service challenges, such as dissatisfied customers, returns, and defective products.

ADDITIONAL QUALITIES:
Committed to fulfilling the expectations and needs of both internal and external customers.
Gather firsthand customer insights and utilize them for enhancements in products and services.
Act with customer interests in mind; establish and maintain effective relationships with clientele.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess: A minimum of 2 years of consistently strong sales performance and client relationship experience in a high-end contemporary brand.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
A strong dedication to customer service and teamwork.
Extensive brand and product knowledge.
Flexibility to accommodate a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of merchandise.
Familiarity with POS systems; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience in a sales-commission environment is preferred.
