Regional Sales Manager - Southwest

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive sales growth in the Southwest region. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing annual sales plans and budgets, identifying and targeting key market segments, applications, and customers, and building and nurturing relationships with customers, distributors, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans and budgets.
  • Identify and target key market segments, applications, and customers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers, distributors, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research and identify sales opportunities.
  • Provide quotes and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using a CRM system.
  • Analyze sales data to improve win rates.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry specifications and customer requirements.
  • Represent the company at regional trade shows and industry events.
  • Travel extensively within the Southwest Region (50%+).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (technical field preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Plastics/Polymer Processing Manufacturing Industry.
  • Proven experience selling specialty products.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in PC (MS Windows, Salesforce, ERP systems).
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
