Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at AIS HealthCare. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the assigned territory.

About the Role:
  • Meet or exceed sales goals in assigned territory by establishing and maintaining business relationships with key prospects and current customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell our Ig pharmacy infusion services to physician offices.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with two to four years related experience and/or training.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven ability to exceed sales goals in a medical device, tissue, pharma, specialty pharmacy or B2B product sales position.
  • Preferred experience: Current call points to include neurology, allergy/immunology, pulmonary, transplant, rheumatology.
