Territory Operations Manager

That 1 Painter of Central Iowa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Territory Operations Manager to oversee operations within designated areas. Our company, established in 2011, is recognized as the fastest growing painting service provider in the nation, offering a diverse array of 18 service options. We pride ourselves on our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, ensuring not only remarkable results but also complete customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily on-site estimations and assessments with potential clients.
- Recruit and supervise subcontractors, specifically painting crews.
- Prepare and deliver accurate labor and material estimates to clients within 24 hours.
- Engage in consistent follow-ups on all quotes to ensure client decisions.
- Schedule approved projects in alignment with management protocols.
- Collect necessary deposits prior to project commencement.
- Promote additional services to clients to enhance their experience.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding color choices and project preparations.
- Ensure adequate staffing for all projects.
- Maintain project timelines and budgets while fulfilling client expectations.
- Assist Crew Leads in resolving any project-related issues.
- Coordinate with the office to ensure timely ordering of materials and supplies.
- Represent the company at trade shows and networking events to foster relationships and generate leads.
- Develop strategic partnerships to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Utilize company sales processes and tools to streamline operations for clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years in sales, marketing, or project management.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated with a strong sales orientation.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in CRM systems and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a reliable and dependable work ethic.
- Capability to accurately estimate costs and manage budgets.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
