About the Role

Ecolab is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Territory Sales and Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in the Des Moines, IA market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Customers: Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundries and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Solutions: Communicate our total value to customers to meet their needs and grow sales within existing customer accounts.
  • Manage Equipment and Inventory: Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs and ensure efficient operations.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1 Year of Mechanical Service or Customer Service Experience: 1 year of mechanical service, customer service, food service, or hospitality industry-related experience is required.
  • Availability to Provide Emergency Assistance: Availability to provide emergency assistance to customers, which may occur at night, on weekends, and over holidays.
  • Valid Driver's License: A current and valid driver's license is required.
  • No Immigration Sponsorship: No immigration sponsorship is available.
