About the Role

The Center Operations Manager reports to the Associate Director of Operations and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the plasma center. This position is a critical part of ensuring the center's operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve center performance and meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage the center's budget and financial resources to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of employees to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
