We seek dynamic and ambitious salespeople to join our team and drive growth in the New York and East Coast regions.

Job Description:
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the New York region, identifying potential communities for partnership.
    • Drive sales initiatives to meet revenue and growth targets.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    • Prospect and engage decision-makers in private communities, property management firms, and HOA boards.
    • Lead presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations, emphasizing our services' unique value.
    • Build long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Market Insights & Competitor Analysis:
    • Monitor regional market trends, competition, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
    • Provide feedback to product development teams on features improving resident experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • 5-10 years of work experience in B2B sales and sales management
  • Experience selling EV products or services to commercial property owners and managers
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
