By the conclusion of your first year, you will:

  • Ensure that Salesforce users comprehend which dashboards to utilize and when.
  • Improve automation and Salesforce processes for user-friendliness.
  • Implement tracking of GTM support cases within Salesforce through Revenue Operations.

The Role: Daily Responsibilities

  • Maintain a comprehensive list of audited dashboards and reports with usage guidelines.
  • Stay informed on Salesforce best practices and new features related to reporting and analytics.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for report and dashboard-related challenges.
  • Utilize CRM Analytics for reporting on customer journey metrics.

Operational Efficiency and Process Enhancement:

  • Assess current business processes and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and automation through Salesforce and other internal tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement operational efficiencies throughout the customer journey.
  • Lead the requirements gathering process for these initiatives.
  • Document comprehensive business requirements, solution designs, and functional specifications for identified process enhancements for Salesforce implementations.
  • Develop testing plans and conduct evaluations to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
  • Create a roadmap for ongoing improvements.
  • Assist in data migration and cleansing activities to ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
  • Identify and prioritize workstreams to implement the most impactful changes.

Enablement:

  • Support the onboarding of new Salesforce users.
  • Develop and deliver Salesforce training curriculum for new user onboarding.
  • Create training materials and instruct end-users on general Salesforce usage, as well as accessing and interpreting reports and dashboards.
