Position Overview
As a Customer Service Specialist at Path Engineering, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support and services to our clientele. Your responsibilities will encompass data management, order processing, job entry, and collaboration with various departments including production, document control, estimating, engineering, and sales. Additionally, you will maintain spreadsheets to assist executive personnel and ensure adherence to customer service operational standards.
Benefits
  • Attractive salary range between $50,000 and $60,000.
  • Standard work hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility based on business requirements.
  • Opportunity to engage in a vibrant office atmosphere with occasional exposure to the manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory. A degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities, are essential. Organizational skills and attention to detail are critical. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software is necessary.
