Casa Cipriani is an iconic luxury hotel located in Lower Manhattan, offering 47 rooms and suites with private balconies overlooking the Brooklyn bridge and the Statue of Liberty. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in NY on-property sales, corporate negotiated account relationships, and entertainment sales account relationships. This role requires a proactive and dynamic sales professional with strong interpersonal and management skills. Key responsibilities include meeting all sales targets, managing and directing on-property multi-segment sales efforts, and implementing effective sales deployment strategies to grow market share. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring customer experience from arrival to departure, leading a seamless transition from sales to service, and conducting site inspections, client entertaining, sales trips, and trade shows as required.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be well-versed in IATA's and data analysis, and have experience using Delphi.fdc (salesforce) and Opera. A minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, or a related field is required. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience.
