Sales Director Luxury Hospitality

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our luxury hospitality sales team in the Northeastern US. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in selling OS&E solutions to high-end hotels, resorts, and restaurants.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue growth in the region
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the luxury hospitality industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of OS&E solutions and their applications in luxury hospitality
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a commission structure that rewards performance. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
