Luxury Hotel Revenue Analyst

A-Staffing Inc. is a prominent hospitality company recruiting a seasoned Revenue Manager to lead revenue growth initiatives at one of our upscale properties.
Main Accountabilities:
- Analyze market and competitive intelligence data daily, making informed decisions to optimize selling restrictions and inventory controls.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective selling strategies, ensuring optimal room rates and occupancy levels.
- Prepare detailed forecasts for the hotel, taking into account market trends, to ensure accurate staffing and operational planning.
- Monitor daily inventory and occupancy levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing action plans accordingly.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in C-RES database components, applying knowledge to drive RevPar growth and enhance revenue performance.
- Collaborate with the RSM and Group Sales manager to prepare monthly 90-day forecasts, submitting final reports for review by the team.
Compensation Package:
Competitive salary and benefits package. Estimated annual salary: $90,000 - $120,000 based on location and experience.
