Exciting Superintendent Role in Life Sciences and Mission Critical Construction

This opportunity is hosted by Jobot. We are currently seeking a qualified Superintendent to oversee Tenant Improvement projects within the Life Sciences and Mission Critical sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate all construction activities on-site.
  • Interpret and analyze construction plans and specifications.
  • Develop and manage the construction schedule effectively.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.
  • Organize and attend necessary inspections.
  • Prepare daily reports detailing site activities.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Manage the punch list process.
  • Ensure high standards of quality throughout the project.
  • Participate in regular construction meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site.
  • Handle multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in commercial tenant improvement projects.
  • Experience in a supervisory capacity on OSHPD, pharmaceutical, or life science projects is essential.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders including management, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Familiarity with Design Build or Design Assist methodologies is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage job sites efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience in scheduling and maintaining project timelines.
  • Proficient in Procore or Microsoft Office applications.
