About the Position:
This opportunity is for a skilled Superintendent with a focus on Tenant Improvement projects within the Life Sciences and Mission Critical sectors. The selected candidate will oversee the planning and execution of construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction operations.
  • Interpret and analyze construction drawings and specifications.
  • Establish and update project schedules.
  • Implement and uphold safety regulations and conduct regular safety meetings.
  • Coordinate and schedule inspections as required.
  • Prepare daily activity reports for project tracking.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Manage the punch list process effectively.
  • Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate actively in project meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site.
  • Handle large-scale, intricate projects with multiple components.

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in commercial tenant improvement projects.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory capacity on OSHPD or pharmaceutical projects.
  • Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders including management, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Experience with Design Build or Design Assist methodologies is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage job sites efficiently.
  • Experience in scheduling and project management.
  • Proficient in Procore or Microsoft Office applications.
