Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all construction operations
- Interpret and analyze construction drawings and specifications
- Create and uphold the construction timeline
- Implement site safety regulations and conduct safety briefings
- Organize and participate in inspections
- Prepare daily reports on site activities
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Oversee punch list completion and ensure quality standards
- Engage in construction meetings
- Ensure site cleanliness and manage extensive projects
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
- Familiarity with OSHPD/pharmaceutical/life science projects
- Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in efficiently managing job sites
- Proficient in Procore or Microsoft Office Suite
