About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership development program, you will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and promoting talented individuals within our organization.

Job Summary

The Leadership Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that develop the skills and abilities of our leaders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and deliver engaging training sessions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design and implement comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our leaders. Develop curriculum that aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with HR, Learning and Development, and Operations teams to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and deliver training sessions.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in leadership development, training, and development.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000, plus additional compensation including performance bonuses and benefits.
