Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grant Development Manager to join our team at The C.W. Williams Community Health Center, Inc.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grants management and be able to effectively develop and implement grant strategies to enhance our funding models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the organization's grant application process and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Determine opportunities to streamline the grants administration process and implement improvements.
  • Conduct research to identify new funding sources and assess their potential impact on our organization.
  • Collaborate with project coordinators and grant writers to develop high-quality grant proposals.
  • Investigate reputable funding opportunities and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Ensure grants are aligned with our organization's operational and financial goals.
  • Communicate with staff regarding approaching deadlines and deliverables.
  • Monitor the performance of grant-related personnel and administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • BS in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven project management experience and ability to supervise administrative projects.
  • Methodical and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Budgeting and accounting experience.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of auditing policies and donor agencies.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • 3-5 years of grants management experience preferred.
