About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Creative Operations Manager to lead our store teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing front-end operations and expectations, ensuring seamless execution of company programs, and maintaining high standards of store recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, promoting compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Lead the implementation of front-end policies and procedures, driving achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and managing team performance.
  • Plan and execute class and in-store events in accordance with Company programs, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Oversee omnichannel processes, streamlining operations to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Maintain and execute shrink and safety programs, prioritizing inventory control and risk mitigation.
  • Support cash reconciliation and bank deposits, ensuring accurate financial management.
  • Assist with inventory processes, including Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities, optimizing stock levels and reducing waste.
  • Contribute to the onboarding of new Team Members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team, promoting excellent service delivery and driving results-oriented performance.
  • Participate in performance management, supporting Talent Development initiatives and utilizing leadership competencies for self-improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail management experience, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to remain standing for extended periods, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching. Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment is also necessary. A public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas and occasional outdoor work is typical for this position.
