To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role managing technical teams.
  • Strong technical acumen with experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Recognized technical expertise in at least one discipline (e.g., MERN stack), with proficiency in multiple technologies and awareness of industry best practices.
