As a Regional Manager at Fortune Brands, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across all target markets and product categories. You will work closely with the Strategic Account Manager teams, Showroom Specialists, and Inside Sales to develop and execute regional sales strategies that meet or exceed annual sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that drive share growth across all target markets and product categories.
  • Understand U.S. Wholesale's strategic direction and execute regional activities consistent with this strategy.
  • Understand all target markets, as well as interdependencies between channel influencers/decision makers, and work collaboratively with teams to drive share growth.
  • Cultivate an environment of high performance through target setting, measuring, and managing work, team collaboration, performance management, employee development, and ensuring the proper rewards and recognition are in place.
  • Formulate Regional Sales Plan that incorporates strategies and programs with short and long-term goals for each target market and key customers.
  • Create an accurate forecast for the region and key accounts monthly and provide meaningful insights on customer and market performance.
  • Build bench strength by recruiting, training, and developing best-in-class sales professionals while leveraging Moen's Operating Philosophy.
  • Leverage technology to drive field effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • Monitor and communicate business trends, distribution patterns, consumer and trade attitudes, competitive practices, and product performance to senior leadership.
  • Foster an environment of accountability, embrace change and change management as well as lead by example.
