Overview:

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Natural Resources Discipline. As the Discipline Leader, you will be responsible for driving growth, productivity, and profitability within your team. You will oversee the leadership team, provide strategic direction, and foster a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute discipline marketing and business development plans in collaboration with Corporate Marketing and Business Development teams.Evaluate proposal development, contract execution, billing, and collections to ensure compliance with Company standard operating procedures.Serve as a resource for the leadership team, consistently monitoring work backlog and staff utilization.Promote cross-selling of all company services and prepare for future discipline growth through succession planning.Maintain accountability among managers for fostering staff development, staffing/recruiting activity, and employee relations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 20+ years of progressive leadership and managerial experience in the industry
  • Demonstrated effective leadership across large groups of employees
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English for job-related communications
  • Strategic thinking, delegation skills, collaboration, and holding others accountable
