Role Summary:
The HR Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the complete onboarding process, overseeing employee transitions, and handling all operational HR administrative tasks. This position is essential in ensuring compliance with various regulatory standards through the maintenance of licensure and certification documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Manage employee status changes and separations with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel records and process performance evaluations in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory standards by maintaining accurate licensure and certification reports.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Human Resources is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- A strong commitment to valuing individuals through the services provided by HR.
