Key Responsibilities
  • Eligibility screening for potential healthcare services to ensure clients meet the necessary criteria.
  • Assist clients in completing the application process for healthcare benefits, including Ryan White services.
  • Prescreen clients for additional healthcare programs, such as Medicaid, Medicare, and Nevada Check-Up.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and community partners to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data entry for client eligibility and program participation.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, providers, and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • One year of experience in healthcare-related social work or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with a moderate noise level and a climate-controlled office setting. The ability to sit for extended periods, stand, and lift up to 30 pounds is required.
