Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate to become a vital part of our team at GDB Staffing. This full-time, remote position involves engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound communications, assisting them with their inquiries and guiding them through our diverse product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Communications: Initiate calls to clients who have expressed interest in our products, providing comprehensive information and support.
  • Inbound Communications: Handle incoming calls from clients, addressing their questions and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Client Guidance: Assist clients in navigating our product options, ensuring they comprehend the features and advantages of each offering.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep precise records of client interactions, ensuring all information is accurately documented in our systems.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Aim to surpass customer expectations in every interaction, fostering a positive experience for our clients.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
Skills:
  • Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Capacity to manage high call volumes effectively.
  • Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
