As a Client Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and guidance. Department Overview:

The Client Success Department is essential to our mission, providing assistance to clients by troubleshooting issues and delivering relevant information about our software. Each interaction will demand innovative thinking and expertise to effectively resolve challenges. Collaboration with other teams is vital to ensure our software operates at its best and that our clients are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist existing clients by responding to inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels.
  • Create instructional videos and other resources related to your areas of expertise.
  • Contribute to the Knowledge Base by drafting informative articles.
  • Conduct personalized sessions with new clients to offer guidance as needed.
  • Document all client interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Provide feedback to the Product Development Team for future software enhancements.
  • Support the Quality Assurance Team with testing new features as required.

Qualifications for Success:

  • At least two years of experience in a clinical or practice environment within the eyecare field is required.
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR software as a technician, optical assistant, office administrator, or similar roles.
  • A strong customer advocate with a proven track record in remote support.
  • Ability to research and deliver solutions efficiently and independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with application sharing tools.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is essential.

Compensation:

At PracticeTek, we consider various factors when determining compensation, including market trends and individual qualifications. The expected salary range for this position is between $33,050 and $68,650.
