Position Overview:
HII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Support Specialist/Monitor to provide support to our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the J2X team for signal analysis and device localization.
  • Engage with the Insider Threat Working Group to conduct in-depth analyses of suspected devices and their operators.
  • Monitor the SOCOM Campus daily in alignment with the Commanding General's Personal Electronic Device policy.
  • Assist the TSCM team with security evaluations and countermeasure initiatives.
  • Analyze and interpret data gathered during security evaluations.

Qualifications:
  • 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 3 years with a Master's; or a High School Diploma with 9 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in providing Advice & Assistance, Executive Travel Support, Penetration Investigations, In-Conference Monitoring, Technical Threat Briefs, and Countermeasures Recommendations.
  • Proficiency in conducting security assessments and countermeasure activities.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and writing skills.
  • Must possess and maintain a TS-SCI clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Counterintelligence (CI) experience.
  • TSCM experience in Advice & Assistance, Executive Travel Support, and other related activities.
  • Familiarity with the installation and operation of various receivers and networked RF receivers.
  • Graduation from the Department of Defense or Federal Counterintelligence/Law Enforcement Badge & Credentialing School.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with excellent communication skills.
  • Possession of Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II or higher certifications.
  • Valid passport.
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior officials across all services.
  • Computer software literacy (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in a joint service environment is desirable.
