Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide field service support, installation, and maintenance for complex security equipment and systems for aviation, ports, borders, and critical infrastructure customers globally. This role involves domestic and international travel as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, modify, and repair complex security equipment and systems
- Conduct on-site installation, testing, and troubleshooting
- Manage resources, maintain schedules, and coordinate repair activities to meet service level agreements
- Update work orders in CRM systems and respond to customer issues promptly
- Travel domestically and internationally at short notice
Requirements:
- Related trade experience or military training in electrical, electronic, or mechanical fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to pass an in-depth background check
