SAIC is seeking a highly skilled Security Systems Specialist to provide support for day-to-day operations for USCENTCOM located in Tampa, FL.
Key Responsibilities- Provide maintenance and technical support for ancillary facilities, modifications, firmware updates, and installation of new Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and security devices in buildings.
- Install security systems, digital video surveillance systems, and various security-related sensors and devices as required.
- Support ancillary facilities installation, modifications, yearly maintenance, inspections, trouble-shooting, and repair of AMAG Security Systems, American Dynamics, and Pelco Digital Video Surveillance Systems.
- Inspect installed security systems for each building quarterly and/or as required.
- Facilitate customer changes, coordinated site review, and training, and customer relations follow-up.
- Bachelor's degree and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and 0 years related experience. Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in related military security systems maintenance and inspection.
- Experience must be related to IT server networks.
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow step-by-step instruction to complete tasking.
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency in day-to-day performance.
- Must be able to use personal cell phone for after-hours on-call support, as needed.
- Interim secret clearance required to start with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- AMAG knowledge.
