Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Support Specialist to provide essential support for our clients. This role involves collaborating with the J2X team for signals analysis and device localization, engaging with the Insider Threat Working Group for in-depth analysis of suspected devices and operators, and monitoring activities in accordance with security policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with relevant teams for signals analysis and device location.
- Conduct daily monitoring in support of security policies.
- Assist the TSCM team with security assessments and countermeasure operations.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; or 3 years with a Master's degree; or 9 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in security assessments and countermeasure activities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Counterintelligence (CI) and TSCM operations.
- Familiarity with the installation and operation of various receivers and networked RF systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
