- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Commercial Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Market Analysis and Planning: Conduct market analysis and develop action plans to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all Commercial customers receive exceptional customer service, including timely delivery and resolution of customer complaints.
- Operational Excellence: Partner with Operations management to ensure a solid customer experience from sales call to fulfillment.
- Travel and Representation: Travel extensively within the designated territory to visit Commercial customers, attend sales meetings, and represent AutoZone at industry events.
- Experience: Minimum three years of related experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Leadership: Direct or indirect experience managing and leading people.
- Sales and Marketing: Relentless pursuit of new profitable business and penetration of current accounts.
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Integrity and Honesty: Integrity, honesty, passion, drive, and the desire for success.
