Sales Network Head

Empower a team to excel in sales, focusing on their growth and development.
As a Manager Residential, Multi-Tenant Sales at Spectrum, you will lead outside sales teams, driving tactics and daily operations to sell best-in-class services to residential customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals and yield targets
- Leading outside sales teams with multi-tenant and single-family homes sales
- Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching residential sales staff and service partners
- Communicating with sales staff on current market offers and ensuring compliance with offer use and strategy
- Communicating and managing leads while monitoring territory assignments for all residential personnel
Requirements include:
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years sales experience
- 2+ years sales management experience
- Telecommunications and cable industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of Direct Sales practices
Working conditions include approximately 70% office work and 30% field work in an office environment with occasional field support.
We comply with local wage minimums and offer additional forms of incentive-based compensation, including bonuses.
This position has a commission earnings target starting at $45,000.
