In-House Sales Professional

DRNS CORP is seeking a highly motivated and energetic In-House Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, attracting new clients, and closing deals. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Promotional Product Expertise: Understand and recommend effective promotional items, including apparel, to meet clients' marketing objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong client relationships by providing personalized and attentive service.
- Government Contract Bids: Manage and oversee the process of preparing and submitting government contract bids, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
- Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to drive sales growth and showcase our value.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new product releases.
- Previous experience in promotional products or apparel sales is preferred.
- Experience in handling government contract bids is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and order management.
- Commission structure is available based on experience.
