Job Overview

POSITION: Scheduler

LOCATION: Plano, TX (Onsite)

WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

ROLE SUMMARY: The Scheduler is integral to the operational efficiency of our clinic, focusing on the management of patient appointments and the coordination of schedules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage patient appointments and oversee daily schedules for healthcare professionals to enhance clinic operations and patient experience.
  • Confirm and verify appointments, including follow-ups and cancellations, while effectively managing patient wait times and rescheduling requirements.
  • Conduct general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and responding to phone inquiries related to scheduling and patient matters.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (mandatory)
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience in a medical clinic is essential, with a preference for candidates with a background in cardiovascular services and the ability to manage a high volume of calls.
