POSITION: Scheduler
LOCATION: Plano, TX (Onsite)
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
ROLE SUMMARY: The Scheduler is integral to the efficient functioning of our clinic, responsible for managing patient appointments and coordinating schedules effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee patient appointment scheduling and manage daily calendars for healthcare professionals to enhance clinic operations and patient flow.
- Confirm and verify appointments, including follow-ups and cancellations, while addressing patient wait times and rescheduling requirements.
- Conduct general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing phone communications related to scheduling and patient inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (mandatory)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience in a medical clinic is essential, with a preference for a background in Cardiovascular care and the ability to manage a high volume of calls.
