Commercial Construction Business Growth Specialist

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the company's client base within the commercial construction sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and leading strategic initiatives to enhance the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the commercial construction sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build relationships and promote the company.
Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the commercial construction industry.
Strong understanding of the commercial construction process and market dynamics.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
