Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Business Development Specialist to join our team at WTW. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing an active pipeline of new business opportunities through prospecting, relationship-building, and strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and penetration targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and risk assessments to provide consultative advice and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
