About the Role:

  • As a Senior Category Growth Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for several vendor partners, responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships.
  • You will analyze market trends, develop forecasts, and drive category sales growth through effective marketing promotions, vendor negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
  • With a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Inventory Management, to drive business success.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., buying, account management, product management, category management, financial analysis) or an MBA with relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of driving category sales growth and developing effective strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the animal health or veterinary industry is a plus.
