Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at Trinity Health Of New England. As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient experiences through scholarly scientific inquiry, compassion, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be comfortable with learning new software and ensuring data entry into physician billing software.
  • Provide positive patient experiences from screening incoming patient calls to end of visit.
  • Maintain schedules and appointments for physicians.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience within a medical office or billing department, preferably with knowledge of patient billing and medical terminology.
