Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Trinity Health Of New England. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for office visits, including escorting them to treatment rooms and obtaining pertinent patient information for medical records.
  • Document information in patients' charts and process patient telephone calls and correspondence for the practice.
  • Organize and prioritize duties to optimize efficiency and promote positive patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with receptionist to ensure timely and efficient patient flow in the office.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of related work experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical assisting normally associated with obtaining an Associate's Degree in Medical Assistance is preferred.
