Account Executive

At Dice, we're partnering with DISH to find the best talent for their team. As an Indirect Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing Boost Mobile store territories and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with retail store owners to enhance business operations and ensure compliance across various store types in the assigned territory.
- Manage projects and teams, offering coaching and sales training to front-line sales teams, and fostering relationships with external partners, internal teams, and vendor partners to drive performance.
- Address questions and issues at retail stores as the primary point of contact.
- Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post-high school.
- 4 years of sales and/or account management experience.
- 3 years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management.
- 1 year selling wireless products or services.
- Valid driver's license, three years of active driving history, completed driver's safety training, and compliance with DISH's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.
- Contract or vendor relationship experience.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong time management skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in offering sales and marketing guidance to owners and sales representatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective at working both independently and collaboratively as a team member.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
