Front Office Operations Manager

As a Front Office Operations Manager at Omni Hotels, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office department. You will work closely with the Director of Front Office Operations and night staff to maintain maximum efficiency during evening hours.
Responsibilities- Train and develop front office associates to ensure they meet Omni standards.
- Communicate effectively with department managers, particularly the night audit team.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional and satisfactory manner.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel computer systems for training, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct weekly supply inventories to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Prepare rate discrepancy reports and make necessary adjustments.
- Block and assign arrivals for the following day, including VIPs, ESPs, and special requests.
- Prepare group information sheets.
- Complete check-out with balance reports.
- Conduct daily credit checks.
- Adhere to front office systems and controls.
- Stay knowledgeable about marketing programs and train associates accordingly.
- Work closely with the Loyalty Ambassador to track and service select guests.
- Represent the Omni brand and culture at all times, meeting leadership competencies.
- Assist with schedule creation and monitor staffing levels according to business cycles.
- Responsible for payroll edits, corrections, and job coding.
- Previous luxury hotel experience required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Customer service orientation, multitasking, detail orientation, and excellent organizational skills.
- Four-year college degree, preferably in hospitality.
- Knowledge of Property Management Systems and related computer programs.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
