Job Summary:

The Office Operations Manager is a key member of our team at The Flying Locksmiths Fort Wayne/Indianapolis, responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all customer interactions, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate and schedule projects, dispatch technicians, and communicate changes to the schedule as needed.
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and plans.
  • Provide daily support to the Franchise Owner and General Manager, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer files, work orders, and accounting information.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, invoices, and accounts receivable.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office experience, preferably in the locksmithing and security solutions industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and team members.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
